Alicja joins Modern Southeast Asia Course

Alicja Polakiewicz, an exchange student from Sciences Po, a university in France, joins the Modern Southeast Asia course. Being born in Germany to Polish parents, having lived and worked for a while in the UK, and studied in France over the past two years, she thought her perspective on the world was probably a bit more international than that of most people. After only two weeks in Asia, she realised very quickly that this was not at all the case. She is now very excited to study modern Southeast Asia whilst studying in modern Southeast Asia.
